The lack of attention to cleanliness in the room is obvious!!! The music situation in the dining area is a complete mess. just pick one stream and stick to it!!! The pool area needs serious cleaning attention!!!

I had a lovely stay with a spacious room featuring high ceilings and beautiful wooden flooring. The garden views were stunning, and walking around the property was delightful, with sightings of local wildlife enhancing the experience. However, the restaurant could use some improvement in its food quality and selection.

The hotel’s guided hiking tours were a fantastic way to explore the beautiful surroundings.

The dining options were very limited and the breakfast lacked variety.

Upon arrival, there was a concerning ceiling leak that left a puddle in the living room, though it fortunately pooled away from the furniture. Additionally, the coffee situation fell short with only one pod provided for two guests, falling short of showcasing Panama's rich coffee culture. The dining area had overlapping music streams that made it difficult to enjoy meals, while the cleanliness of the jacuzzi and pool also left something to be desired, with bugs present that hindered relaxation.

I truly appreciated the beautiful gardens surrounding the hotel, which provided a serene atmosphere. The staff was very attentive, quickly assisting me with any queries I had, ensuring my stay was enjoyable and stress-free.

However, we encountered a few cleanliness issues, like dust in the corners that could be easily overlooked, dampening an otherwise delightful experience.

This was just a good match for a weekend trip in Paso Ancho with extraordinarily good value for money. The breakfast was great with fresh fruits and local strawberry spread, making it a delightful start to our mornings. If you enjoy a quieter experience, try to visit during the weekdays when there are fewer crowds.
